Reliance Secure Transportation Services LTD (RSTS) is a CQC-registered company based in Enfield, North London, which provides safe and secure transport services to adults with mental health difficulties and other complex needs.

Our professional team of experienced staff have all the necessary qualifications to ensure that journeys are conducted safely, with full respect for the patient’s privacy and dignity.

Here at RSTS, we strive to deliver the highest standards of care across the NHS and private healthcare sectors alike. We understand how important it is for vulnerable people to feel safe when travelling, so our staff are highly trained, courteous and accommodating in order to ensure journeys are as secure and as comfortable as possible.

Our speciality lies in providing secure ambulance transportation for adults and with mental health issues or those detained under the Mental Health Act 2017. We cover a wide range of services which include Acute and PICU transfers, CAMHS transfers and forensic transfers, while also offering non-secure transport to non-emergency patients.
